How does it feel to witness almost 100 violins playing together? On May 24, in YCIS Great hall, Parents, teachers and students were lucky enough to find out!
Years 1, 2 and 3 presented a wonderful violin concert showcasing what they have been learning in the past year. During the concert, everyone felt amazed while watching and listening to beautiful sounds of 100 violins. Students also sang as they captivated the audience with their talents.
After one year of learning, students had become very confident and ready to present their skills. And our young Year 1 students had also done a great job mastering rhythms.
During the latter half of the concert, students from Upper Primary and Secondary expressed their passion in music as well, bringing a lot of beauty.
The students hard work, paid off in the end, and the stressful feelings of performing taught them valuable life lessons. Music heals, brings people together, and is just so much fun!
