On Tuesday, December 13, our primary students presented ‘A Rocking Christmas Eve!’ Grace, Amy, Miranda, and Chen Rui from Year 6 were our MCs of the night, and they kept our audience engaged throughout the night with their speeches and showmanship.

Our student body truly put on a show for the night with a variety of modern and traditional performances; the YCIS Chongqing School Choir added to the holiday spirit with a delightful chorus of Christmas carols. Our performers from Year 1 to Year 6 all looked adorable in their Christmas costumes, and we were entertained by all the Santa Claus’s, reindeer, and angels.

Our Great Hall was packed with friends and family who came to celebrate and enjoy their children’s hard work in preparing for this year’s extravaganza. Our proud parents were amazed by the show, and there were many hugs and kisses going around when our students finished their performances.

We would like to give special thanks to Mr. Kwakkel and Ms. Lee for helping us organize this year’s event, as well as to all the teachers, staff, and our wonderful parents who supported the event. Finally, we thank our children who were the most amazing performers for the night. We hope everyone enjoyed the show as much as we enjoyed creating it!
