Our Secondary students have been eagerly awaiting the ‘Holiday Spectacular’ since the auditions and rehearsals began. It might have been our 5th annual show, but this year marked the first in our new auditorium. The air was thick with anticipation and excitement as the students and staff gathered ready to see some wonderful musical performances.
Students provided an excellent ‘variety’ show with singing, dance and instrumental performances. The show was expertly hosted by Year 10 Student Stephanie Tiedemann and Year 7 student Ryan Chen, the ‘spectacular’ was directed by Mr Vukovich. The show saw our students performing as year groups, ensembles, and individuals, we even had our own community choir performing.
We then moved onto our talent show, it had everything and was immensely appreciated by its audience, some of the talents on display were truly amazing, with guitars, dances, the piano, we even had a ukulele!
The current circumstances meant parents were not able to see the show, but we look forward to sharing a professional recording of it in January. We hope everyone in our community will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful voices and remarkable instrumental skills that our students shared, it was a truly spectacular, seasonal showpiece, congratulations to all of the students who took part!
