On October 10, 2024, YCIS Chongqing celebrated Founder's Day, honoring 92 years of academic excellence within the esteemed Yew Chung Yew Wah Education Network. This year's festivities underscored the strong community bond and camaraderie that are hallmarks of our school.

The theme for this year's Founder's Day was 'Sports'. The day commenced with collaborative challenges spanning all year levels, featuring whole-school vertical house activities, and various engaging activities such as mini-Golf, Frisbee, and football relay in both the Primary and Secondary sections.

In keeping with YCYW tradition, students and teachers had the opportunity to connect via video with sister schools across the YCYW network, uniting in celebration on a global scale. Another standout moment of the day was the Happiness Color Run, a lively and invigorating event where students and teachers transformed the school paths with vibrant splashes of color, symbolizing joy and unity in our community.
